Took my wife out for our anniversary dinner and it was a fantastic time! I'll be honest, my days of a buffet probably will need to be over soon, because that's a lot of food! The portions were great, the variety was amazing, and Chef Pavel running the show from the kitchen! Ann and Amy from the service team were delightful and always made sure we were happy! There was also live jazz that evening (every Thursday they gave the band playing) and it just added to the vibes of the restaurant. After a day running around Universal, this was a great dinner to come to! The price tag can justify the food you get

What's the price for dining here? I'm planning a family reunion and it seems this is the real deal

Is this $150 Buffet worth it?! First of all, walking into the dining room was beautiful -- high ceilings, plenty of seating, and natural light pouring in. And they have a live guitarist that really sets a relax and take your time to enjoy everything vibe! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially with so many options to choose from! First stop: the seafood station! It was stunning -- all-you-can-eat lobster, crab legs, oysters, freshly made sushi, sashimi cut to order, and plenty of other other seafood dishes like clam chowder and these beautiful crab and lobster dishes! The lobster was freshly prepared and conveniently cut down the center, making it super easy for a lobster lover like me to have multiple servings! The meat carving station featured prime rib, roasted duck, ribs and they had all the fixings including mint jelly -- this was my first time seeing and trying mint jelly! I definitely need to talk about the beautiful tray of bone marrow! And you gotta have it with their fluffy garlic rolls! I mean come ooonnn... Their pizza was some of the best I've ever had -- the dough was fluffy and not oily or greasy at all! And the bacon mashed potatoes and lamb? OMG, I definitely need a whole plate of that combo next time! And the dessert station? Cafe Sierra did not come to play! They had everything! A donut wall, churros, mini cakes, BIG cakes, pastries, and two chocolate fountains (milk and white) with fruit and lady fingers to dip in! Plus, an ice cream, crepe, and boba station in the back! Note to self: their boba was some of the softest I've ever had! So, is Cafe Sierra worth $150? Absolutely! If you're craving an all-you-can-eat spread of top-notch seafood, juicy meats, mouthwatering pizza, and irresistible desserts all in one spot, then this buffet is a no-brainer. It's a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds, making every penny worth it. Oh, and did I mention endless drinks like soda, beer, and mimosas are included? Plus, there's karaoke on Friday nights? So yahhhh... For an unforgettable evening, you gotta make a reservation at Cafe Sierra inside Hilton Universal City!

My parents and I recently booked a trip to Universal Studios Hollywood and stayed at the Hilton where Cafe Sierra is located. We dined here for breakfast one morning, and the service from Javier had us return for another breakfast before we headed home the next day. He was super friendly, offered to refill our juice even though it's on the buffet beverage station. Loved the attentiveness and the ability to order toast as well. This is a more upscale breakfast buffet, but the interior of the dining area makes it worth it along with the food selection and service. In addition to omelettes, you can get eggs to order so don't hesitate to ask at the omelette station. Also ask your server for toast to order as well. These little touches make this buffet a must have when staying in the Hilton to start your day.

Recently discovered this place and took the fiance here for brunch for Father's Day. We made reservations on Open Table although not sure if we even needed to. There aren't any buffets like this in the valley (that I know of) so we were glad to be able to enjoy a Vegas style buffet near us. The food was great. There was a decent selection but honestly we were there mainly for the crab . Other than the crab, I tried the Mac n cheese (spicy and cheesy), the Korean short ribs (marinated so well), and the seasoned string beans. Everything was delicious. For dessert I tried the Créme Brulee, the tiramisu, a berry cheesecake cup, and a chocolate cannoli. The Créme Brulee was *chef's kiss* - definitely my favorite dessert, the chocolate cannoli was great as well, and the cheesecake cup was yummy. I'm not a huge tiramisu fan so that was the only dessert I took one bite of. The service was great as well. They were busy but very attentive. They had a guitarist there playing music too. We plan on coming back to try the dinner.
